PHILOSOPHY
We at La Terrazza di Anna consist of a young Team and therefore mostly work extraordinarily and creatively. We want to stand out from the conventional standards. Yes, of course, we offer Italian cuisine, but we are not the standard Italians who see everything strictly and therefore do not approve of anything that contradicts the norm of Italian cuisine. At La Terrazza di Anna we want to offer a taste experience that is partly completely Mediterranean, but sometimes also goes beyond the traditional horizons of Italian cuisine through new techniques or cross-over cuisine with Japanese or Latin American flavors. Our priority is to create new taste nuances and to give them to our guests along the way, because according to our philosophy, new and unique experiences are the most valuable thing that our guests take home with them.
OUR KITCHEN
We value fresh products from the region, refined with Mediterranean spice & crisply prepared. In addition, it is important to us to pay attention to organic products and sustainability. We have fish and meat as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes. Everything is freshly prepared in a small creative kitchen by our chef Zisis Tzouridis. Our restaurant is right on the corner of Sudetenlandstr. / Ratiborer Str. and can be easily reached from the bus stop Ratiborer Str. (Bus 722, 744). Alternatively, you can park in one of the numerous parking spaces in Ratiborer Straße.
